We have received a drawing from a Chinese firm that uses the font 'FANGSong_GB2312.ttf' that we do not have. I searched Microsoft's support page and it stated that the font comes with Windows XP and 2000 but may not have been installed depending on the options chosen when the operating system was installed (We use Windows XP Pro). Our IT personnel have not been able to resolve the issue and believe that Microsofts web page is incorrect.
