Maybe that's because they use a different pool of stations or whatever. But as you spotted, there are some more differences. Some songs are on the MusicTrace list that are missing on the MusicDNA list.

Besides SO there's for example 'Ex's and Oh's'. Sometimes these songs enter the MusicDNA list some weeks later.

One of this songs was 'My House'. It only entered the MusicDNA list i guess three weeks ago while beeing on MusicTrace for 14 weeks. Right now it's much lower on MusicTrace because it already lost it's bonus points there.

For example a song get's excluded after 26 weeks but is able to stay on the chart if the song is in the Singles Chart Top 100 at that time. It will drop out when it drops out the singles chart, but can enter the airplay chart again if it entered the singles chart.
