(2.3Mb) Be sure that in the Twilight Options dialog the folder paths are pointing to the correct folder (for instance, they could be pointing to SketchUp 7, while you are adding the materials to SketchUp 8) • Download the 'material.zip' folder. NOT the.mat.zip folder!!!!! • Save the zipped file INTO your MATERIALS folder for Twilight. • Unzip the file DON'T CHANGE ANY NAMES, JUST USE WINDOWS UNZIP UTILITY DEFAULTS • now you should see a folder correctly named. • close and reopen sketchup. • paint a texture on a face • select the texture with the material tool for twilight • find the new library in your library tab. When you unzip the material pack provided, are you giving it a name yourself?

(It should be given the correct name automatically when you unzip it, renaming it should not be necessary) If you have the folder named simply 'fabric' when it should be exactly written 'TWI-ART-FABRIC-Pack' as the material pack is named it will not read it correctly. If your folder is hyphenated, 'water-28procedurals-'. But the name of the material pack is actually with underscores. My TWR folder is located at: C: Program Files Google Google SketchUp 7 Plugins Twilight Materials If you - by accident - have un-zipped to another folder or in case you've mis-spelled the path, then TWR won't be able to find the material library. Alternative solution: Many users will have KT installed on their computer enabling them to use it as a studio render application or simply to create more advanced materials using KT's Material Editor (more advanced compared to TWR's Mat Editor). If you have KT installed, you can simply install the material libraries inside KT and in TWR you select the Options menu, where you can add the KT path to the Material Library Directories list. Or, more than likely I read/understood the manual incorrectly. Following are the instructions from the manual: 1.

Change the name of the file from “Example.mat.zip” to be “Example.zip”. Unzip the file into your “.SketchUp Plugins Twilight Materials” directory. Re-open SketchUp to see it in your Library List. Thank you for all of the time and help. TWR is great btw!!!!
